To make a return, the user must be registered. To create a user account, users must provide an email address, their first and last name, a password, a shipping address and a telephone number. This information will be stored in our database, which follows the conditions explained in our Privacy Policy. Users may not register on the Website without having previously accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Ediciones Medina.

Users may request the return of products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without having to justify their decision and without penalty of any kind, by sending an e-mail to info@edicionesmedina.com or by making any other unequivocal statement indicating their decision to withdraw from the contract.

In order to make the return, users must include a copy of the return delivery note inside the package or a note indicating the order number and e-mail address. Users may also indicate the reason for the return, which is not mandatory, but helps us to improve the shopping experience for all our customers.

All orders for physical products are sealed and stamped to guarantee that they have not been tampered with or used previously.
Ediciones Medina will collect the product(s) that users wish to return at the place and time indicated by email. The collection timetable will depend on the availability of the logistics operator. Ediciones Medina will confirm to users the date on which the collection will take place by e-mail.

Once Ediciones Medina receives the return in its warehouses, it will proceed to pay the corresponding amount to the user or arrange a product exchange if the user so wishes.
Ediciones Medina will refund the price of the product plus the corresponding shipping costs, deducting the logistical costs of the return. In the event that users do not wish to collect the product, they can organise the return of the package carriage paid, with a refund of the total amount paid for the product. The refund of the amount paid will be made through the means of payment used by the user in the purchase and within a period not exceeding 14 days.
The product returned by users must be in the same box or packaging in which it was delivered, or failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

In the event that the return requested by the user does not comply with the above conditions or the product delivered has clearly been subject to use (breakage of the guarantee seal, marks of use…) Ediciones Medina will return the product to the user, who must assume the corresponding shipping costs.
Under no circumstances may products that have been opened and/or unsealed and/or clearly subject to use by the user after delivery be returned; nor may downloads of products with digital content that are not provided on a material medium.

When the products delivered do not comply with the contract or are defective within two years from the date of delivery, users may contact Ediciones Medina by e-mail at info@edicionesmedina.com. Users must inform Ediciones Medina of any non-conformity of the products within two months of becoming aware of the same. The product will be collected for the purposes of examining the defect and proceeding, where appropriate, to repair or replace it, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. In cases in which the user cannot demand the repair or replacement of the product, the price will be reduced or the contract will be terminated, at the user’s choice.

The repair or replacement of the product will be free of charge for users, including the necessary costs incurred to remedy the lack of conformity and shipping costs, as well as those related to labour and materials. However, in those cases in which the defect of the product is not a defect of origin, the user will have to assume the logistical costs derived from the collection and shipment of the product.
